This Gorilla trek will allows you to see great animals in their natural environment and contribute to conserve an endangered species.

D1: Arrive at Entebbe Airport

Welcome at Airport and transfer to the hotel for relaxation. Dinner and overnight at Entebbe Protea Hotel (High End) or Boma Hotel (Mid Range).

D2: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park (5h)

After breakfast, drive to Murchison Falls with en-route stopper over at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Lunch at Masindi. Drive to destination. Para Safari Lodge (High End) Murchison River Lodge (Mid Range)

D3: drive and boat cruise on the Nile

Viewing in Murchison falls, home to different wildlife species: over 76 mammal and 451 bird species. Possibility to see Buffaloes, Lions, Elephant, Giraffes, Kobs, Hyenas, Bushbucks, Warthogs and Leopard among others. Later return to lodge for breakfast and lunch as you prepare for boat cruise on River Nile. In afternoon, boat trip to see mammals sailing on Albertine waters: buffaloes, crocodiles, hippos, water bird species... Continue upstream to the base of the falls for a 1 hour hike to the top of the Murchison waterfalls. Transfer from the top to the lodge. Para Safari Lodge (High End) Murchison River Lodge (Mid Range)

D4: Transfer to Kibale National Park (8h)

Drive to Kibale National Park with stopovers for lunch and catching up bird species. Arrival, Dinner and overnight at Kyaninga Lodge (High End) or Primate Forest Lodge (Mid Range)

D5: Chimpanzee Trekking and Bigodi Wetland Walk

Transfer to Kibale National Park headquarters at Kanyakyu Visitor Centre to join other trekkers for chimpanzee trekking. Primate walk inside Kibale Forest National Park with a ranger guide (1h). Lunch. Visit Bigodi Wetland Village for a wetland walks that was designed to benefit the local community living here. Kyaninga Lodge (High End) or Primate Forest Lodge (Mid Range)

D6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park (3h)

Drive to the Park enjoying the landcscape. Lunch. Drive in Kasenyi section of the park: Antelopes, Buffaloes, Warthogs, elephants and many other wild animals including lions and leopards. Return to the Lodge for Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge (High End) or Enganzi Game Lodge (Mid Range)

D7: Drive and Boat Cruise along Kazinga Channel

Drive back to Kasenyi plains to try to observe the big cats that are out hunting for their prey: lions and leopards are slightly high, other mammals include buffaloes, hippos, several species of antelopes, and many others. Return to the lodge for breakfast and lunch. In afternoon, boat cruise on Kazinga Channel (2h): one of the highlights in Queen Elizabeth National Park.Opportunity to view over 300 birds.
Return to the lodge for Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge (High End) or Enganzi Game Lodge (Mid end)  

D8: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park (3h)

After breakfast, drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park located in Kabale district. It's the only National Park where wild chimpanzees co-exist with mountain gorillas. Walk through the Ishasha sector know as tree climbing Lion area, and then to the rolling hills with terraced gardens of Irish potatoes and Kayonza tea plantation. Arrival in late afternoon for Dinner and overnight at Buhoma Lodge (High end) or Silver back Lodge (Mid-range)   

D9: Gorilla Tracking and Village Walk

After breakfast, transfer to the Park headquarters for briefing about the dos and don’ts while with the gorillas, then start your trek into the impenetrable Bwindi Forest. This trek may take from 40 minutes to three quarters of the day depending on where mountain gorillas will be. Once gorillas are found, one hour of observation and photography. Then return to the Park headquarters where you will be awarded a certificate in recognition of your effort of helping to conserve the endangered mountain gorillas. Return to the lodge and then back for a village walk to learn more about the local people living around. Dinner and overnight at Buhoma Lodge (High end) or Silver back Lodge (Mid-range)   

D10: Transfer to Entebbe International Air Port

After early breakfast, drive to Entebbe Airport with a stopover at Equator crossing and en-route lunch along the way to Entebbe. End of our services
